Locations

Educated by Nature offers a number of nature-based programs, at a variety of locations around Perth, and wider Western Australia. Listed below are our locations, divided by program type.

KIN Village

Crawley

Swan River Foreshore, Next to Cygnet Hall, Corner of Hackett Drive and Mounts Bay Road, Crawley

    • We will meet on the large grassed area next to State Sailing Centre WA building at the entry to the car park. This is where sign in will occur.

    • Look for the green and orange flags.

    • Some construction has begun in the large carpark off Hackett Drive which is interrupting the use of the carpark and access to the foreshore.

    • There are a small number of bays available in this carpark (closest to the carpark entrance off Hackett Drive) that you should be able to access given the start time of the program. However, if this is full, parking along the road or in the UWA carpark across the road (near the tennis courts on the opposite side of Hackett Drive) will be the best option.

    • Most of our program will take place next to Cygnet Hall. Cygnet Hall is past the Perth Dinghy Sailing Club towards the city.

Guildford Grammar School

Guildford Grammar School grounds, 11 Terrace Road, Guildford.

  • Enter the school grounds off Great Eastern Hwy (446 Great Eastern Hwy).

  • Turn right at the internal round-a-bout towards the Preparatory School.

  • Drive behind the car park towards the river, heading towards the rowing shed (behind the hockey courts).

  • Look for the green and orange flags.

Hamilton Hill

Manning Park, Near Manning Lake, Azelia Road, Spearwood.

  • We will meet near the largest car park on Azelia road, near Manning Stairs and the public toilet block. This is where sign in will occur.

  • Enter from Gorham Road.

  • Look for the green and orange flags.

  • Most of our program will take place within the green space of Beeliar Ragional Park.

Bush Inventors’ Club

Wembley

Bold Park Community School, 63 Powis Street, Wembley

  • Enter the school grounds through the front gate.

  • Walk towards the basketball court at the back of the school.

  • Behind the basketball court is the Wild Space.

  • Our meeting space is the Fire Pit near the tool shed.

Guildford Grammar School

Guildford Grammar School grounds, 11 Terrace Road, Guildford.

  • The group meets at the water playground in the Prepatory School space.

  • Pick up occurs from behind the car park towards the river, heading towards the rowing shed (behind the hockey courts).

Christ Church Grammar School

Christ Church Grammar School grounds, Queanslea Drive, Claremont.

  • The group meets behind the chapel.

  • Then heads down to the river's edge in the bush spacel.

  • Pick up occurs from the kiss and ride off Queanslea Drive.

Spearwood Alternative School

Spearwood Alternative School Grounds, 370 Rockingham Road, Spearwood.

  • The group meets at the edge of the oval off Lintott Way.

  • The program takes place in the bush area behind Spearwood Alternative School.

  • Pick up occurs back at Lintott Way.
